Hi, I'm Graham
I’ve had an unusual career in crises, culture and change. After 20 years at the sharp end of Law and HR, coaching became second nature and then my passion. I specialise in high stakes work situations and understand clients' challenges.
I was Global Head of Employee Relations and People Performance at Freshfields, an international law firm. Accredited by the Association for Coaching, I graduated from the Meyler Campbell Mastered programme. My MSc is in Organisational Psychology-Behaviour.
Graham is simply a superb coach. His breadth of experience and depth of understanding are a magic combination that gets the absolute best from individuals and teams of any level or background. Any organisation looking to really develop high performance needs a Graham.
